RP&M
1998-Present Developed the new style multifunctional RP system, MRPM-II, which applied my four patents:
・ Tabulated Heating and Pressing Apparatus, 98204758.4
・ "Henchman" Smoke Ejector, 98204760.6
・ Integrated Plotting and Pressing Apparatus, 98204761.4
・ Paper Rewinding System with Press Board, 98204759.2
1997 Analyzed the the part temperature distributing and varying rule with numerical simulation.
1997 Accomplished the mathematic description of the RP technology's principle with field theory.
1996 Invented the new-style tabulated heating and pressing apparatus for SSM machine.
1996 -- 1997 Developed the STL data detecting progam and building orientation optimization program.
1995 -- 1997 Led the development of SSM (Slicing Solid Manufactury) machine, including: design, installation, debugging and betterment. The machine was exported to Thailand.
1993 -- 1994 Completed the first RP experimental machine in China, which runs the LOM process.
Mechanical Design and Manufacturing
1992 -- 1996 Invented and analyzed the square shape cylinder with FEM.
1990 -- 1995 Designed and analyzed with FEM over 6 prestressed wire winding press machines followed Prof. Yan. The machines include 5,000t, 6,000t, 13,000t, 20,000t, 30,000t and 40,000t. The 40,000t is the most powerful press in China. Be proficient in mechanism design and finite element analyzing.
CAD
1991 -- 1993 Developed a general parametric drawing program, driven by dimensions. The program is serving for two different CAD systems, Hydraulic Guillotine Shears Design System and Gate Valve Design System.
1991 -- 1993 Developed Gate valve CAD system by Broland C++, AutoCAD, AutoLISP. Be proficient in developing AutoCAD and modeling in AutoCAD, AutoDesigner, Pro-Engineering, Strim100, 3D Studio.

1990 -- 1991 The Feasibility and Requirement Analysis of FA (Factory Automatic) in ChengDu Airplane Co., supported by National 863 High-Tech Plan CIMS Project.
